B2B SALES TERMS COMMERCIAL BUYERS
Scope of Application: These terms apply to commercial buyers including companies, dealers, distributors, and other business entities purchasing products for commercial purposes.
- No Right of Withdrawal: Commercial buyers do not have the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumer transactions
- Returns: Product returns are only possible in case of defective or non-conforming goods as defined in the sales agreement
- Technical Products: For technical and industrial products, the buyer assumes full responsibility after installation and assembly
- Payment Terms: Payment schedules, terms, and pricing are subject to individual commercial agreements and quotations
- Limitation of Liability: The seller shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices
