DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Buyer: Natural person (Consumer) who places an order electronically via the website www.2atrade.com.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website www.2atrade.com owned by the Seller.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICE

The type, variety, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are included in the order summary screen approved by the Buyer at the time the order is created and constitute an integral part of this agreement.

4. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. The product is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order, within legal deadlines, via a cargo company.

4.2. Deliveries within Turkey are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation.

4.3. International deliveries are subject to international transport, customs, tax, and import regulations. Customs duties, import charges, and local costs that may arise in this context belong to the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays arising from customs procedures.

International Shipping Notice: For international orders, buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in their country. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. The withdrawal notification must be made in writing (via email or through the return request system on the website).

5.3. For international sales, return shipping costs and customs expenses are borne by the Buyer.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Products specially manufactured according to the Buyer's requests
Technical products that have been installed or assembled
Products that cannot be resold after use

7. REFUND

If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price will be refunded by the Seller within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 14 days after the withdrawal notification is received and the returned product is inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

If the performance of the contract is delayed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, transportation obstacles, which are beyond the control of the parties, the parties shall not be held responsible.

9. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION

9.1. For sales within Turkey, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

9.2. For international sales, Turkish Law applies and Istanbul Central Courts are authorized.

Legal Notice: All disputes arising from international transactions will be governed by Turkish law. The parties agree that Istanbul courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

10. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The Buyer declares that by making the payment for the order placed via www.2atrade.com, they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
